Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dynamic Store Leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll manage opening/closing, cash handling, and stock placement while supporting the leadership team on merchandising and store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew for outstanding service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent service.
• Receives, unpacks and organises new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, managing store operations and staff.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and maintains daily operations.
