Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic store supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee crew performance, and ensure excellent guest service. You will train associates, manage opening/closing duties, and collaborate with leadership on merchandising to boost sales.

The role requires a minimum 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. This is an hourly, on-site position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred for advancement potential.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience or supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and guiding a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform effectively.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves ready for guests.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle operations and safety.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
