Qualified candidates have at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. The position is hourly with starting pay around $11.50 per hour, reflecting store needs and schedule flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Wows the Customer through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily organization.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service quality.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery procedures.
• Perform maintenance tasks including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
