Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST service.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures top customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and prepares for daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
