Five Below in Charlotte is seeking a store leadership team member to oversee daily operations, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage opening and closing duties, inventory, and merchandising while driving sales and controlling costs.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. This hourly position offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team culture.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Oversee daily activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, manage cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
