UDF-MyScoop Branding in Middletown, OH is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across all shifts. You will supervise associates, handle store administration, and ensure safe, compliant operations including alcohol and tobacco transactions.

The role requires strong leadership, meticulous cash handling, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Pay is $14.75 to $16.75 per hour with 37–40 hours per week.

Competenze

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.

Mansioni

• Managing other associates: assign/monitor duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Store Administration: ordering, review of weekly delivery reports, transfer of products, and completion of paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor.
• Overall Guest Services: provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly to ensure satisfaction and return visits.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, scoops, sundaes and related items.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console; handle transactions and cash alike.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves and freezers filled and presentable; rotate stock and check dates.
• Security: maintain awareness and proper cash handling; follow Tobacco/Alcohol controls and security protocols.
• Maintenance: keep store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Reporting: complete time records and customer documents accurately.
• Other duties as assigned by Management
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
