Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience and smooth shift operations. The role includes supervising associates, coaching staff, and maintaining store conditions.

Responsibilities cover guest service, POS and gas console operations, stock management, and adherence to tobacco/alcohol regulations. This is a full-time, 37–40 hour per week position with a pay range of $14.75–$16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• The role requires supervising associates and coaching the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console and handle cash accurately.
• Strong English communication skills and customer service focus.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds and withstand cold temperatures in the dipping area.

Responsibilities

• Managing other associates, assigning tasks and coaching for the Hi Five experience.
• Store administration including paperwork and reports as directed.
• Ensure guest service standards and maintain clean store conditions.
• Prepare DipSide items and assist guests at the counter.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and tender changes.
• Stock shelves and keep display areas filled and presentable.
• Maintain security and follow tobacco/alcohol management procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
