Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Grove City, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver the five-phase Hi Five Guest Experience. You will supervise associates, coach shift leaders, handle store administration, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.

The role requires vigilance on store conditions, guest service excellence, and compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales laws, with full-time hours on 37–40 per week and a pay range of $14.75–$16.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates and coach staff on The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Assist Store Manager with daily administration and paperwork.
• Greet Guests and maintain store conditions.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage quick-serve counter.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain rotational stock.
• Monitor safety and security procedures.
• Complete time records and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Communicate effectively in English.
