Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest service by leading the team through the Hi Five Guest Experience phases. The role includes supervising associates, managing store operations, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Full-time position (37-40 hours/week) with possible 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Pay range is $14.75–$16.75 per hour, consistent with industry standards for a/UDF location in Ohio.

Qualifications

Must be legally able to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
Demonstrates effective communication in English.
Ability to manage shifts and supervise associates.

Responsibilities

Manage other associates: assign, monitor duties, coach the Hi Five Guest Experience, and train shift leaders and guest services associates.
Handle store administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, product transfers, paperwork per manager.
Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and maintain inviting store conditions.
Prepare DipSide items and manage beverage/dessert prep.
Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions, and handle cash and coupons.
Stock shelves and maintain clean, attractive displays and equipment.
Maintain security and monitor shop-floor activity to prevent loss.
Complete time records and Customer First documents; perform other duties as assigned.
