Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Ohio is hiring an Assistant Manager to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, supervising staff and ensuring smooth shift operations (1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts). This is a full-time role, 37–40 hours per week.

You will supervise staff, manage store administration, handle POS and gas sales, train Shift Leaders and Associates, and ensure compliance with alcohol and tobacco laws while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction. Pay ranges from $14.75 to $16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Supervises and coordinates associates to deliver guest service.
• Coaches Hi Five Guest Experience to drive customer satisfaction.
• Trains Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Conducts applicant screening interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage associates during shift.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork.
• Ensure Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage fast-food prep.
• Operate POS and gas terminal transactions accurately.
• Maintain merchandise, cold case and equipment cleanliness.
• Monitor security and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean store and parking lot.
