Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising associates, store administration, guest services, POS and gas console operations, stock rotation, safety, and reporting. Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding guest service following The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Ability to supervise associates, coach shift leaders and training staff.
• Strong command of English for customer interactions.
• Experience with POS and cash handling.
• Ability to manage store operations, scheduling and administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates; conduct interviews and assist Store Manager with performance management.
• Oversee store administration, inventory, reports, and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience to ensure guest satisfaction and return visits.
• Operate DipSide production items, beverages, and display cases.
• Ensure POS, gas console transactions, payments, and cash handling are accurate.
