Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager in Dayton, OH to ensure exceptional guest service by leading the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervising shifts. The role requires compliance with alcohol and tobacco sale laws and strong store operation oversight.

The position offers full-time hours (37-40 per week) with a hourly pay range of $14.75–$16.75. The ideal candidate will manage staff, handle daily store administration, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Experience supervising and coaching sales associates and shift leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train shift staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Handle store administration tasks including paperwork and reports.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and maintain store presentation.
• Oversee DipSide shake/malt preparation and merchandise stocking.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and cash handling.
