Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store crew supervisor in Garner, NC to lead front-line associates and ensure a WOW customer experience. The role includes on-shift leadership, training new team members, and maintaining smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and monitors performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves ready for sale.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and staff.
