Job summary

Five Below is seeking a skilled retail leader to oversee day-to-day store operations, customer service, and team performance. The role includes opening or closing the store, supervising associates, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

You will train staff, drive sales, manage merchandising, and ensure safe, efficient store maintenance while delivering a WOW customer experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by delivering fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
