Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service; ensures fast checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and operations.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling staff and issues.
• Manages opening/closing, cash, doors and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
