Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional in Commerce, GA to supervise crew and lead daily operations. You will train staff, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

With at least one year of management experience, you will drive sales, optimize merchandising, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while supporting associates’ growth and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by providing fast, friendly checkout and superior service.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance to ensure customer service excellence.
• Receives, unpacks, and organizes new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls costs by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Performs routine store maintenance and keep stock room orderly.
