Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment and staff training.
• Open/close procedures and store cleanliness.
• Assist store manager in recruitment, coaching, and supervision.
• Coordinate store maintenance and stock recovery.
