Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is functioning and staff trained.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds accordingly.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery workflows.
• Performs general store maintenance and stockroom upkeep.
