Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly crew member to support customer service, merchandising, and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment while learning policies and procedures from store leadership.

The role requires flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout and throughout the store.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Receives, unpacks, and places new stock on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping.
