Five Below is seeking a store leadership role to oversee crew and ensure fast, friendly checkout while keeping stockrooms organized and shelves full. The position offers hourly pay and a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service and train staff on BEST practices.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Receive, unpack, and stock new items for sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and maintain alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and resets.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
