Five Below is seeking a candidate to lead and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves supervising crew, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are greeted and assisted to create a positive shopping experience.
• Train crew on customer service best practices and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and issues as needed.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales while controlling expenses through merchandising and service.
