Five Below is looking for an energetic leader to join our Brooklyn Center, MN store to drive guest experience and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure they perform duties and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for daily operations.
