Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager candidate in Minnesota to lead daily store operations, supervise associates, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage receiving, merchandising, and promotions while maintaining inventory integrity and safety protocols.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of management experience, with a flexible schedule including weekends. You’ll be accountable for opening/closing, cash handling, and staff development in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to learn store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service; executes market plan and inventory integrity.
