Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service / Experience: lead the sales floor and ensure service excellence across departments.
• People: recruit input, monitor staffing, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Safety: enforce safety SOPs, train associates, and correct hazards promptly.
• Shared Manager on Duty: lead opening/closing, balance registers, and ensure store readiness.
