Job summary

The Home Depot in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team and drive store-wide operational excellence. This role oversees inbound freight, receiving procedures, and shrink action plans while performing MOD functions per SOPs and escalating issues as needed.

You will coach associates on safety, policy compliance, and customer service, while contributing to talent planning and performance reviews.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
2+ years of previous related work experience including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

Champion customer service and service leadership to model proper techniques and coach on the sales floor.
Direct Receiving (D93) and Order Fulfillment (D94) workflows to meet SLAs and ensure orders are picked and staged.
Audit delivery orders for accuracy and quality; resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
Perform MOD duties opening/closing per SOPs and balance registers; lead store kickoff meetings.
Coach and train associates on policies, safety procedures, and performance; drive safety and operational standards.
