Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service / Experience: Champion the GET culture by coaching on the sales floor and ensuring service standards; direct receiving and order fulfillment workflows to meet SLAs; audit delivery orders for accuracy and quality.
• People - Talent Acquisition: Assist with recruitment and interviews to provide input to the Store Manager/ASM; monitor staffing and attendance; drive engagement via training tools; conduct performance coaching.
• Safety: Enforce hazmat procedures, SOPs and safety guidelines; intervene to correct unsafe behaviors; ensure safety checklists are completed and PPE is used properly.
• Shared Manager on Duty: Lead opening/closing duties, balance registers, communicate priorities; verify store checklists and safety inspections; coordinate merchandising actions with supervisors.
