Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team. You will lead the Order Fulfillment team, coach associates on policy and safety, and ensure service standards and store readiness are upheld to deliver an exceptional interconnected customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing inbound freight processes, implementing shrink action plans, and performing MOD duties with adherence to SOPs while partnering with store

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Experience in retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer service and service leadership while coaching on the sales floor.
• Direct receiving and order fulfillment workflows to meet SLAs.
• Audit deliveries for accuracy and quality; resolve issues.
• Lead opening/closing operations and daily department readiness.
