The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) for our New Orleans store. You will lead the Order Fulfillment team and drive service excellence across customer service, department readiness, and operational processes, while upholding safety and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• 2+ years of previous related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct D93 (Receiving) and D94 (Order Fulfillment) workflows to meet SLAs.
• Coach associates on policy, safety, and service, with real-time feedback.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and staffing to cover shifts.
• Lead MOD duties: opening/closing, security, and daily priorities.
• Perform safety audits and ensure hazmat and PPE compliance.
