Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team, ensure efficient inbound freight, and audit receiving procedures in alignment with SOPs. The role includes coaching associates on safety, customer service, and policy adherence while championing a safe working environment.

The Ops XM will participate in talent planning, recruitment input, and performance management, and will execute opening/closing duties as MOD.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Minimum 2+ years of previous related work experience.
• Minimum Leadership Experience: 1+ year of previous leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Customer Service / Experience: lead service excellence and coach on the sales floor while ensuring orders are received, picked, and staged to SLAs.
• People: assist with recruitment/interviews, monitor staffing, provide coaching, and drive performance management.
• Safety: enforce hazmat procedures, SOPs and safety guidelines; ensure training and PPE use.
• Shared Manager on Duty: perform opening/closing duties, lead department walk-throughs, and ensure store readiness and safety inspections.
