Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States is seeking an Operations Experience Manager to join the store leadership team. You will lead the Order Fulfillment team, coach associates on service, and ensure SOPs are followed across receiving, staging, and loading.

You will perform MOD duties, drive safety, and execute shrink action plans while partnering with store leadership on talent development and performance management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 (Receiving) and D94 (Order Fulfillment) workflows to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on company policies, safety procedures and customer service; conduct daily walkthroughs.
• Open/Close operations as MOD, balance registers, and align team on daily priorities.
• Audit safety/SOP adherence and implement corrective actions; drive shrink action plans.
