Job summary

The Home Depot Pace, FL is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team on the floor with a strong focus on service, readiness, and SOP adherence. You will drive inbound freight processes, audit receiving, and implement Shrink Action Plans across your area.

You will coach associates, manage MOD duties, safety, and daily safety training, while partnering with store leadership on talent planning and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Champion the GET culture by working alongside the team to model proper techniques and providing real-time coaching on the sales floor, while directing D93 Receiving and D94 Order Fulfillment workflows to meet SLAs.
• Assist with recruitment and interviews to provide input to the Store Manager/ASM. Monitor department staffing and manage attendance variances; drive engagement via learning tools; coach and develop associates.
