Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team. You will oversee the Order Fulfillment area, model service leadership, and coach associates on SOPs while ensuring accurate receiving and staging to meet SLAs.

You will lead safety initiatives, participate in talent planning, and perform MOD functions. This role requires strong communication, accountability, and hands-on operation execution on the floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2+ years in related work with people management and retail ops.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and operations on the sales floor to meet SLAs.
• Coach and develop associates; participate in recruitment and staffing decisions.
• Enforce safety SOPs, PPE use, hazard prevention and safety training.
• Perform MOD duties opening/closing, align priorities and communicate tasks.
