Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) at Taft Corners, VT to lead the Order Fulfillment team, drive customer service excellence, and uphold store standards. Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to ensure orders are picked, staged, and loaded within SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on policies, safety procedures, and customer service; provide performance feedback.
• Assist with recruitment and staffing to meet department coverage and performance goals.
• Perform MOD duties with opening/closing responsibilities following SOPs and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
