Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team in Illinois. You will lead the Order Fulfillment team, coach associates on policies and safety, and drive adherence to SOPs and SLAs across receiving, staging, and loading processes.

You will champion customer service, manage performance, and participate in talent planning while ensuring safe, efficient store operations and a strong associate culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 Receiving and D94 Order Fulfillment workflows to meet SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on safety, policies, and customer service.
• Perform MOD opening/closing duties in compliance with SOPs.
• Drive shrink action plans and audit receiving procedures for accuracy.
• Support talent acquisition and performance management within the store.
