The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team in Kentucky. You will drive customer service excellence, oversee the Order Fulfillment area, and execute SOPs for inbound freight and receiving audits.

You will coach associates, support staffing and training, and lead safety initiatives while performing MOD duties and ensuring adherence to timekeeping and break policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or store leadership.
• Experience coaching or training associates.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged to meet SLAs.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and training efforts to maintain department readiness and engagement.
• Enforce safety policies, hazmat procedures, and PPE usage while guiding safe work practices.
• Perform Opening & Closing duties as MOD, balance registers, and coordinate daily priorities with leadership.
