Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team, ensure service levels, and drive SOP adherence across receiving and fulfillment processes. This role partners with store leadership to coach associates, manage performance, and sustain a safe, high-performing environment.

You will balance responsibilities in customer service, MEMO execution, and safety while supporting MOD duties and store readiness through daily walkthroughs and SOP-aligned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year in relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Fulfillment operations on the sales floor to meet SLAs.
• Coach and develop associates; manage performance and recruitment input.
• Own safety, opening/closing procedures, and SOP adherence across the store.
