Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of management experience in retail
• Experience leading customer service and operations
• Ability to train and coach associates
• Familiar with safety procedures and SOP adherence

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 (Receiving) and D94 (Order Fulfillment) workflows to meet SLAs
• Provide input to Store Manager on associate performance and development
• Coach and train associates on customer service and safety
• Perform MOD opening/closing duties following SOPs
