Job summary

The Home Depot in El Cajon, CA is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team and drive service excellence on the sales floor. You will coach associates, manage performance, and ensure SOPs are followed while coordinating inbound freight and safety standards.

You will open/close the store as MOD, run daily readiness, and partner with leadership to maintain store standards, safety, and customer service, with a focus on coaching, training, and operational

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 (Receiving) and D94 (Order Fulfillment) workflows to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged to SLAs.
• Coach and develop associates, manage performance documentation, and address safety and SOP adherence.
• Open/Close operations as MOD, balance registers, and brief team on daily priorities.
• Maintain store standards, customer service focus, and accountability for safety and operational practices.
