Burlington Stores, Inc. in Brockton, MA is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive policy compliance, protect company assets, and supervise inventory and receiving operations.

You will act as MOD, guide Supervisors, and support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning to deliver excellent customer service and strong results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or large multi-unit retail organization.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards.
• Oversee safekeeping of company funds and inventory accuracy, asset protection, sales, and record keeping.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and associates.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
