Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Service Manager to lead store operations, coach a Customer Service and Cashier team, and drive business results while modeling Burlington's core values. You will oversee receiving, asset protection, and daily store processes, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism.

As MOD, you will guide supervisors, manage staffing and training, and collaborate with district leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at a large retail organization.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to train, coach and develop teams to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and professional conduct.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOP execution and accuracy of inventory.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support staffing, interviewing and training.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams.
