Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and service teams across Customer Service, Cashier, and Receiving. You will role-model core values, develop staffing and processes, and drive business results with a focus on customer experience.

You will coach supervisors and associates, manage daily SOPs, and coordinate with district and regional management to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store operations or retail management experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and smooth customer flow.
• Oversee receiving, inventory transfers, damages, and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and drive store results while supporting staffing and training.
