Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through paperwork processes.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV documentation.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles, payoffs, and documentation.
• Handle cash management tasks, including receiving payments and preparing deposits.
• Train and mentor new associates and balance workload across departments.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reconciliation of missing information.
