Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships and daily store tasks within the district. The role combines customer service with hands-on property maintenance and leasing responsibilities.

You’ll work daytime hours with potential Sundays off, enjoy paid time off, and benefit from a 401(k) match and health plans. This is a route to grow within a nationwide company across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus
• Basic computer skills including MS Office
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license and insurance
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Interacting face to face with customers, delivering excellent service and building rapport
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units
• Renting storage units, selling store merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS, making daily bank deposits, and calling customers about late payments
• Daily walks of the property, cleaning units and store areas, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs)
• Maintaining clean, safe facilities and keeping restrooms, landscaping, parking areas neat
