Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining facilities. You will handle leasing, payments, and daily tasks, while building relationships with customers to meet sales targets.

This role emphasizes daytime hours with potential Sundays off, paid time off, and benefits to support work-life balance. You’ll work both independently and with a team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming

• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, process payments via POS, make daily deposits, and call customers about late payments.
• Maintain facility through cleaning, light maintenance, and keeping areas neat and safe.
