Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Associate to help manage and maintain stores within your district. You will interact with customers, rent units, process payments, and perform daily maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition.

You’ll work primarily daytime hours with some weekend shifts, and you’ll join a culture that values growth, recognizes performance, and offers a strong benefits package including a 401(k) match and health plans.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid license and insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willing to perform daily tasks on feet and around the property.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and offering solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers, deliver excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and operate the leasing process.
• Show units, rent storage spaces, and process payments via POS system.
• Perform daily bank deposits and courtesy calls for late payments.
• Walk the property for daily maintenance and security checks.
• Assist with store merchandise, opening/closing, and housekeeping.
