Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district. You will deliver strong customer service, handle leasing, payments, and daily maintenance, with opportunities to grow across the U.S.

You’ll work mostly daytime hours with potential Sundays off, enjoy paid time off, and benefit from a 401(k) match. The role requires physical activity, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, and processing payments via POS.
• Daily upkeep: cleaning units and store grounds, opening/closing storage doors, and maintaining a safe facility.
