CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a customer-focused team member to manage daily store operations and deliver outstanding service. You will engage with customers, identify self-storage needs, and guide them through solutions while maintaining a clean, secure facility.

The role emphasizes face-to-face interaction, sales achievement, and reliable daily operations, including payment processing, leasing, and property checks.

Formación

• Excellent customer service experience with diverse customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with focus on operations.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Access to a vehicle and valid license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and delivering solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk property for daily tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and perform daily deposits.
