CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, focusing on customer service and property maintenance. You will interact with customers, meet leasing targets, and handle daily operational tasks such as payments, lock checks, and showings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits, and contacting customers regarding late payments.
• Physical duties include daily walks, cleaning units and grounds, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Keeping a clean and safe storage facility to meet company guidelines.
