Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relations and daily store duties. You will identify self-storage needs, provide solutions, and ensure a standout customer experience while meeting leasing goals. You will also handle payments, merchandising, and leasing processes on site.

The role includes property upkeep, safety checks, and daily tasks such as opening/closing units and maintaining clean facilities. Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform daily store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and identify storage needs.
• Provide excellent service, meet monthly goals, and process payments.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, and manage leasing.
• Perform daily bank deposits and courtesy calls for late payments.
• Walk property for security and operational tasks.
