Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor in Phoenix and drive performance toward set goals. You will lead and mentor a team of Retail Sales Associates, ensure exceptional donor and customer service, and maintain store standards in line with Goodwill branding.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management, preferred.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates to meet goals.
• Execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit and revenue.
• Manage day-to-day retail operations and customer service.
• Conduct inventory and reporting.
• Balance daily paperwork and banking tasks.
• Ensure store reflects Goodwill brand and maintains clean, safe conditions.
